Turns out that making Chinese Chicken Noodles at home is much easier than what I had anticipated 🙂
Here goes the recipe:
- In a pan, add the entire packet of Noodles (I had Ching’s Hakka Noodles) and cook it in sim for ~7 mins. Add a pinch of salt in it as well.
- In another pan, deep fry some chicken cubes (cut out of boneless Chicken breasts). Fry till golden brown and keep aside. I do strain out the excess oil by sipping the cooked chicken in water.
- In a frying pan, add a bit of oil, chopped onions, capsicum and carrots. After 2 mins or so, add the cooked noodles and chicken. Add salt, Ching’s red sauce, green chilly sauce and soy sauce and cook for 3-5 mins.
And your chicken noodles are ready. Super quick and super yummy chicken noodles under 20 minutes.
